How do I reach a higher tier?
Tier status is based on your annual spending. Spend $5,000+ for Gold or $15,000+ for Platinum. Tier status is reviewed annually.
What happens to my points if I close my account?
All unused points are forfeited when you close your account. Make sure to redeem your points before closing.
