Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Jorsay Travel services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Jorsay Corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Service Description

Jorsay Travel provides an online platform for searching, comparing, and booking flights. We act as an intermediary between customers and airlines through our GDS (Global Distribution System) integration with Amadeus.

We do not operate flights. The actual flight services are provided by third-party airlines, and you will be subject to the airlines' terms and conditions in addition to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years old to create an account

4. Booking and Payment

4.1 Flight Booking

When you book a flight through our Service:

• Prices are displayed in your selected currency and include applicable taxes and fees
• Flight offers are subject to availability and may expire within 10 minutes
• Prices may change between search and final booking due to airline inventory updates
• You will be notified of any price changes before completing your purchase
• A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email with a PNR (booking reference)

4.2 Payment

Payments are processed securely through FoxyCart, our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Maestro, UnionPay). By providing payment information, you represent that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method
• The information is accurate and current
• You have sufficient funds or credit to complete the transaction

4.3 Ticketing

E-tickets are issued automatically after payment confirmation. You will receive your e-ticket via email within 24 hours. It is your responsibility to check your email (including spam folders) and verify all booking details.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms are determined by the airline's fare rules:

• Refundable tickets: May be cancelled for a full or partial refund, minus applicable fees
• Non-refundable tickets: Generally cannot be cancelled for a refund, but may be changed for a fee
• Flexible fares: May allow free changes or cancellations up to a certain time before departure

5.2 Service Fees

Jorsay Travel charges a service fee of $25 per passenger for processing cancellations or changes, in addition to any airline fees. This fee is non-refundable.

5.3 Refund Processing

If eligible for a refund, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after approval. Airlines may take up to 90 days to process refunds in some cases.

6. Loyalty Program

Our Jorsay Loyalty Program allows you to earn and redeem points:

• Earning: Earn 5 points per dollar spent on eligible bookings
• Redemption: Redeem points for discounts on future bookings (1,000 points = $10)
• Tiers: Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers offer increasing benefits
• Expiration: Points expire after 24 months of account inactivity
• Non-transferable: Points cannot be transferred between accounts
• No cash value: Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program at any time with 30 days' notice.

7. Travel Documents and Requirements

It is your sole responsibility to ensure you have:

• Valid passport with at least 6 months validity beyond travel dates
• Required visas for all destinations and transit countries
• Necessary health certificates and vaccination records
• Travel insurance (highly recommended)
• Compliance with COVID-19 or other health-related entry requirements

We are not responsible for any denied boarding, entry refusal, or penalties due to inadequate travel documents.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service to:

• Make fraudulent bookings or use stolen payment methods
• Resell flights for commercial purposes without authorization
• Use automated systems (bots) to search or book flights
• Attempt to manipulate prices or exploit system vulnerabilities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the operation of our Service
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Collect user data without consent

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Jorsay Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific booking
• We are not liable for airline delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
• We are not liable for lost baggage, injuries, or other airline-related issues
• We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our control (force majeure)

Airlines are responsible for the actual provision of flight services. Any claims related to flight operations should be directed to the operating airline.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our Service, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Jorsay Corporation or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Informal Resolution

If you have a dispute, please contact us at support@jorsay.com to attempt to resolve the issue informally.

11.2 Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delaware for any disputes arising from these Terms.
